The Interview
This is the company's first impression of the candidate and likewise the candidate's first impression of the company. We coordinate all logistics to include scheduling, transportation, interview objectives, special requirements, briefing and debriefing of both the company and our candidates.
The Offer
We advise and coordinate this sensitive part of the hiring process. In today's hiring environment, it is essential that our comprehensive checklist be followed in fashioning the best offer from company and candidate standpoint. Our involvement in this part of the process ensures that our company is neither overpaying for the position nor underpaying excellent candidates.
The Acceptance and Start
Our goal in this part of the process is to bring the candidate acceptance and start date to our company as soon as possible as well as answering all additional information required for our candidate to make an informed, long-term acceptance decision. In short, we expedite this part of the process and in so doing achieve performance at our company in minimum time.
The Follow-up
Our policy is to follow-up soon after our candidate starts to insure that all performance objectives are being met. We also speak with the candidate to insure that all is well from the candidate standpoint.
